Greetings, mortals.
Welcome to my lair of ...
...ah screw it. Anyway, I posted this a few months before this "Book of Memories" thing was started, I'm pretty sure that only a few of you read the *Foul language* thing. Here it is again.
The Legendary Saga
When Jedi Academy was released three years ago, I started out amongst a big group of insecure Padawans. Sure, I had been around for a long time during Jedi Outcast, but the skill hadn't stuck yet. I was playing around in the servers mashing all the buttons on my keyboard at random. It turned out pretty good, I managed to kill a few people without getting killed myself. At that point, I felt "Holy moly, I killed all of them, without dying, this is my true calling!". Yes, very. I changed name to a...well...not so good name; Master Mong'a (you can stop the mongo jokes). I got my first apprentice after a few days with this new name, called Infernus. Although I didn't teach him anything skillwise, mostly because I was really crap myself, I did teach him the value of friendship. Friendship is a skill that one cannot really be taught, you have to grow into it. Infernus grew, at a much higher rate than myself. We were close, but after a few weeks of having him as my apprentice, he disappeared. I have never seen him again since that.
New name! Jedi Master became my simple, new name. I definately did not live up to it, but hey, I had some fun in the process. Nothing much happened here, except that I got a lot more interested in the history of the Jedi and Sith, and their connection. So, new name again. Ylon Nikral became my new identity, and is probably one of better things to have happened in JA. After "studying" the Jedi and Sith a bit closer, I got into the whole acting thing. Which means that I simply walked around preaching to people why the Jedi ownt the Sith by miles. I moved to 1.01 and a whole new world opened up to me. The option to meditate was just so cool. So I sat there, in FFA 3, meditating on one of the tables in the small cantina. I got a new apprentice, Darth Vader (yes, I know). He promised me he would be a Jedi in return for my training. Once more, I didn't actually train him in any fighting, once more, the value of friendship grew in him, just like with Infernus. Just like Infernus, I never saw Vader again.
New name, again. Now, this is where things start to pick up. People started to know who I was, whenever I entered a server I got a bunch of "Hey Ylon!!". It was great, I felt like one of the important people. As Ylon, I created a bunch of clans. All of these were created by me, not at all original, but hey, I wasn't too experienced yet.
DLotS = Dark Lords of the Sith
JM = Jedi Masters
AJ = Ancient Jedi
TSC = The Siege Clan
After those failures, I left the game.
I came back, two months later, feeling that I wanted a fresh start. I still went under the name Ylon, when I met Azkanan. This guy, is reason to why I am the way I am now. Without LOTS, I would never have gotten anywhere. Azkanan is in a way, still my hero, I owe him. I joined LOTS, and already I felt that my skill shot through the roof! I managed to beat Azkanan and I was on top of the world. I met with a few other LOTS members, and we had a great time. I quickly rose through the ranks of LOTS, untill I became a Jedi Council Member. After some discussions and some events, Azkanan chose me to be his VL, Vice Leader. When he abandoned LOTS, I became the new leader. At that point, I did not have enough time to take on the entire clan myself, so I left too.
I felt..."leetified", and tried my luck with this clan called Bloody, and their leader, the one and only, Messy. I joined Bloody, but then I left a day or two later. Moses, one of the newer members to the old LOTS, had grown a bit on me, I still had the memory fresh of him, and decided to look for him. He had formed this new clan, called TNT. Although I was not sure what I wanted to do next in my JA career, I promised him that I would return and join him someday. We grew to be very close to eachother, and we've known eachother for nearly two years now. I joined Sacred, after being charmed by Pika and Yager (a fellow Swede), and stuck with them for a year or so.
I took another break. When I came back a while later, Sacred had moved to 1.01, as Exile. I was disappointed. Moses then gave me a call on MSN, and I rushed to the scene. He wanted to see me about something. He said to me, "It's okay with me if you don't want to join TNT, friendship is more important than that". I joined TNT about a week later, and I felt a new kind of happy. Being in TNT for a few months, I rose through the ranks here as well, and got to know quite a few people. When Ducky left, I was appointed as the new Prefect. We were three Prefects, Moses, Raziel and me. Moses computer then got crashed, and TNT kind of just..faded away. I lost contact with Raziel and there was nothing I could do on my own.
